There are multiple FREE ways to return your order.
You can return your order within one month of receiving it.
Returns must be sent back in the condition they were sold - unworn including any tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund earrings, lingerie, or swimwear if worn. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURN TO STORE (stand-alone Stores Only)
- This is our fastest returns method.
- You can return purchases from Warehouse.co.uk to any of our stand-alone stores (This excludes concessions in department stores).

- Take your despatch note that is enclosed in your parcel. This acts as your receipt.
- Please bring the payment method you used online with you. If the card is not registered to you, then the card holder must also be present to process the return.
ASDA ToYou
- No Printer, no problem, download a QR code here and print a label in store.
- Take your parcel to the Asda toyou signposted returns point or hand to a colleague at your most convenient Asda location; remember to include your returns note.
- Asda toyou will do the rest.

COLLECT+ RETURNS
- You can create your returns label here in a few easy steps.
- Processed within approximately 7 working days of receipt.
- Drop your parcel off at one of 6,500 Collect+ stores nationwide.
- Click here to find your nearest Collect+ store or text 'collect' and your postcode to 84555.
- Stick the returns label to the outside of your parcel and take it to your local Collect+ store.
- The store will give you a proof of postage which will contain a tracking code so that you can check the status of your parcel.
IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND
If you wish to return items to a Warehouse store, you must take them within one month of despatch, to one of our Warehouse stores using the despatch note enclosed in your parcel as your receipt. This is not available at any Warehouse concession or department store or within Europe.
