Return To Store (standalone stores only)

  • This is our fastest returns method.
  • You can return purchases from Warehouse.co.uk to any of our standalone stores (This excludes concessions in department stores).
  • Click here to find your nearest Warehouse store.
  • Take your despatch note that is enclosed in your parcel. This acts as your receipt.

Doddle Returns (Mainland UK only)

  • Drop your parcel off at your local Doddle store, including over 32 stations across the country, 7 days a week.
  • Once dropped off at a Doddle Store your refund will be processed within approximately 7 working days.

Collect+ Returns

  • Drop your parcel off at one of 6,500 Collect+ stores nationwide.
  • Processed within approximately 7 working days of receipt.

InPost Returns

  • Drop your parcel at one of the InPost secure Lockers, open 24/7 at over 1200 locations including supermarkets and petrol stations across mainland UK.

  • Print your label here. No Printer, no problem, download a QR code here and print a label in store.
  • Take your parcel to the Asda toyou signposted returns point or hand to a colleague at your most convenient Asda location; remember to include your returns note.
  • Asda toyou will do the rest.
  • Remember to keep hold of your receipt to track your parcel, which you can do here.
