We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Production Assistant to join the Warehouse team based in Old Street, London. The Online Production Assistant in an important member of the Digital team and is a key point of contact for Trade, Offline Production, Buying and Merchandising.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Online Production Assistant will be responsible for the uploading of all product and day-to-day maintenance of the Warehouse websites and app. The role has a customer focus, monitoring customer reviews and working closely with customer care to ensure we listen to and understand our customer. The Online Production Assistant will also be a point of contact for external businesses, providing them with new product imagery. The successful candidate will deliver feedback and their own ideas to the wider team, and will take initiative to ensure the site is continuously improved

The Online Production Assistant will assist the Digital Production Co-ordinator on content updates across the site (homepages, features, hygiene pages and content slots), as well as assisting in the launch of small-scale web development projects. They will also assist in campaign and feature launches, ensuring the wider team are aware of product availability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Analyst works with Google Analytics, Hitwise and Tableau to analyse customer behaviour and site performance, ensuring all Business Functions are kept aware and informed of relevant Insight and Analytics and maintaining and sense checking analytics tagging to ensure data accuracy. Working with the Web Developer to set up tests, furtherng the onsite MVT programme and analysing the performance of testing is key to this role, along with communnicating results and recommendations to the business. The Digital Analyst is responsible for maintaining the quality and effectiveness of regular reporting, such as site performance metrics across digital channels and platforms, content performance and onsite user journey and behaviour.

  • Experienced with using analytics tools to gather insight; ideally Google Analytics or similar
  • Highly Numerate - advanced Excel skills are required to perform daily tasks

ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities of this role include the completion and understanding of weekly Merchandising rolls along with managing forecasting sales and markdown on WSSI. You will be able to identify commitment requirements and be aware of lead times and critical dates for placing orders and review departments free stock.

As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will have a strong understanding of the key components that drive profit, and how they interact, you will understand the need for mark up, mark down and promotions and the impact these have on products. Additionally, you will have a good understanding of terminal stock and the implications of finishing the season either over or under planned stock levels.

You will be confident in deputising for the Merchandiser when needed and effectively manage and train an MAA.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, confident and motivated Digital Trading Coordinator to join our Digital Trading team based at our Head Office in Old Street.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the Digital Trading Manager, the Digital Trading Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Warehouse team providing a high level of understanding, information and direction on all aspects that drive performance through our digital channels. The role operates as a key link between many areas of the wider business including merchandising, digital production, content and marketing and acts as an ambassador to try to ensure that digital is at the forefront of all decisions made.

Responsibilities include reporting on Digital performance, updating the WSSI and KPI metrics and running quarterly IAQ packs for the merchandising teams, outlining desired quantities of stock by department for all digital channels. The Digital Trading Coordinator works closely with the Digital Marketing team to manage the promotional calendar and with the Digital Analyst on testing and understanding optimised trading functions. In addition, the Digital Trading Coordinator will take the lead in the training and development of the Digital Trading Assistant.

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (O&W) - STANTON

The Oasis and Warehouse Finance team provides full accounting services to both the Oasis Group of companies and the Warehouse Group of companies. The team also provides Project management support across the Groups systems and IT infrastructure, including specific application support and development for the department’s Coda accounting and Resourcelink HR & payroll systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Systems Administrator will assist both the Systems Accountant and Finance Systems Manager with the support requirements for the group’s financial package which is Coda. The system infrastructure is externally hosted and maintained by Unit 4. Application support is provided within the finance department, utilising the Unit 4 Coda helpdesk for package and server issues.

  • Log monitor and allocate all CODA support helpdesk calls.
  • CODA system administration - User, Element Responsibility, Position Hierarchies, Stores.
  • Running & monitoring stock and scanning interaces, performing regular housekeeping tasks.
  • Assisting the Systems Accountant with maintenance of exchange and VAT rates on CODA & Merret (merchandising) systems.
  • Set up new suppliers in Merret.
  • Assistance with training end users in CODA Procurement, Workflow, CODA-XL & Financials.
  • Providing first line support on CODA for Finance & Workflow users, including liasing with Unit 4, Cloud team and customer support for 2nd line application support.
  • Assisting the Finance Systems Manager and Systems Accountant with other ad hoc queries and information requests.

The Tailoring & Occasion and Knitwear team consists of a Junior Merchandiser who runs the Knitwear department, an Assistant Merchandiser, and two Merchandise Admin Assistants. ABOUT THE ROLE

Along with their Buyer, Designer and Garment Technologist, the Merchandiser will deliver a balanced and credible range for the Warehouse customer. They will manage the running of the department, achieving bottom line results whilst planning and developing for the future. The Merchandiser will work closely with their Buyer, Designer and Technologist to integrate previous seasons’ experience into new department strategy and will evaluate current and historical information to create, a strategic view of department.

The Merchandiser will plan overall intake/stock levels to minimise markdown risk whilst maximising sales opportunities and will proactively manage stock and markdown levels, suggesting promotions whilst demonstrating a full understanding of profitability and implications on the bigger picture for the brand. They will also manage and plan intake to deliver new options as appropriate to keep “newness” flowing through the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a key role for the Design team, reporting into the Design Director and having two direct reports; Designer and Assistant Designer, as well as overseeing the Tailoring and Occassion Design to provide guidance and structure.

As the Lead Design on Wovens you will take ownership for designing and building commercial ranges which are balanced, reflective of the brand handwriting, and right for the customer. We're looking for someone who will challenge and elevate the Wovens department with directional design.

We are looking for a Hair & Makeup Artist to join our team; the ideal candidate will be passionate about Hair, Makeup and Fashion, consistently aware of current trends and would be able to relate and adapt these to the Oasis/ Warehouse brand.

The Hair & Makeup Artist will be responsible for all Hair and Makeup looks across the Oasis and Warehouse websites, Ecommerce and creative, potentially working on Look Books and Campaigns.

This role will report to the Studio Production Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full understanding of the Oasis/Warehouse brand and customer
  • Producing a high standard of Hair & Makeup that is brand appropriate, referencing the seasons catwalk trends and street style that would be relevant to the brands
  • On ecommerce days, producing Hair & Makeup looks for the model in the 1 hour allocated time slot, maintaining the approved look throughout the day and touching up after lunch
  • Understand and translate any creative changes quickly and with minimal disruption to the shoot
  • Responsible for Hair & Makeup kit- keeping an updated inventory, ensuring kit is kept clean and organised. Communicating any items needed to Studio Manager
  • Keeping an updated document with all approved Hair & makeup looks and suggestions for each model
  • Suggesting and testing new looks. Presenting ideas for creative briefs
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the Shoot Leads, stylists, photographers and the brands ; collectively deciding the most suitable looks depending on model and product
