You can return any items you are not completely happy with within 28 days of receipt, the refund will be made to your payment card. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery
Returned items purchased on the Warehouse can only be returned by post to the following address; Warehouse, PO BOX 455, Witney, X28 9GD. Unfortunately, you cannot return items purchased from Warehouse to a Warehouse store.p>

To return by post:
Complete the postal returns note and enclose with your goods.
Place the returns address sticker on the parcel. The returns address is: Warehouse Outlet, PO BOX 455, Witney, X28 9GD.
Take the parcel and the despatch note to the Post Office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund.
Please note the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
