Return an item

You can return any items you are not completely happy with within one month of receipt. We will refund to the payment card the price paid for the item within 30 days of your notice of cancellation. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery.

Your rights under the returns policy are addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. For further information on this please see our Terms and Conditions.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

To return to store

You can return your ordered item(s) to one of our stand alone stores (excluding concessions/department stores) using the despatch note enclosed in your parcel as your receipt. You will also require the card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back on to their credit / debit card.

To return by post

  1. Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns address sticker enclosed in your parcel.
  2. Complete the postal returns note and enclose with your goods.
  3. Place the returns address sticker on the parcel. The returns address is: Warehouse, PO BOX 455, Witney, OX28 9GD.
  4. Take the parcel and the despatch note to the Post Office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund.
