You will manage and develop a BAA and deputise in the Buyers absence.

SHOOT LEAD

The Shoot Lead works closely with the in-brand creative team to ensure the successful execution of the final image edit and image file preparation for Warehouse in line with brand aesthetic and guidelines. Working with the studion team of photograpers and stylists, the role ensures that not only are images of the best possible standard are produced for ecommerce shoots but that best practise processes are adhered to at all times. The Shoot lead is responsible for digitally processing and delivering final images to the brand team ready for use and reports to the Photographic Production Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • To work under the guidance of the in-brand creative team and Studion Manager and with the studio team to maintain image selection standards. This includes image processing, editing and choosing the final lead images for each product on the website.
  • Establish strong relationships with the studio team to ensure the best output on the day is obtained
  • Work with the on-set shoot team to ensure all shoots are delivered efficiently and to the highest of quality. QC all on-model imagery on set. Delivering a wide edit for all editorial, content, and Next.com shoots
  • Achieve shoot target every day - manage the team ensuring everything possible is done to achieve this
  • Ensure housekeeping is second nature - shots are correctly filed in Capture One and processed on to the system in the correct manner, manage all folders on the shared server ensuring they are updated and organized
  • Work closely with the Senior Stylist and Photographer finding ways in which to keep shoots fresh and aspirational, working with the brand to maintain their vision
  • Fulfil the digital operations of each shoot
  • Partner with seniors to lead the on-set team, ensuring an efficient pace is maintained and each shoot is running as it should. Maintain a professional and productive working environment on set at all times
  • Ensure sure final selects from shoots are of the highest standard

ABOUT YOU

  • Digital shoot operation experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key creative stakeholders and manage up and down.
  • Skilled in technical aspects such as photography, lighting and camera operation.
  • Experienced with digital photography and lighting equipment with good knowledge of Capture One, Lightroom, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Mac
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • A perfectionist who ensures that the Warehouse brand DNA and passion for detail and good design is delivered to a fashion customer through all content created by the studio.
  • Creative and comercially minded
  • Ideally have 2+ years in photography or related role, fashion e-commerce retail preferred

DIGITAL PRODUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGER

We're looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Team at our Head Office in Old Street.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Production & Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various Digital projects including the launch of new site functionality, maintenance of all feeds and regular website content updates.

We're looking for someone who can manage projects end-to-end (including the budgets) and who will continuously monitor the progress of projects to ensure delivery across multiple internal teams and external parties. The Digital Production & Project Manager will need to communicate with various people inside and outside the business including Developers, Designers, IT and external SI (systems integration) to highlight potential risks or bugs and work with them to find solutions to resolve the issues quickly.

As well as funtionality, this role will ensure the websites, app and store overall experience is aligned and 'on brand' visually.

ABOUT YOU

  • Thorough understanding of Digital functionality and processes
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Project or Production Manager
  • Familiarity with content management sstems and HTML/CSS
  • Experience with workflow and project management tools such as JIRA, Producteev or Trello
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • High degree of computer literacy in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ideally experienced in retail environment and preferably within a fast paced Fashion or Ecommerce environment
  • Highly organised

  • Through working with merchandising, ensure the range is balanced and commercial whilst managing risk
  • To develop and negotiate with supply base to achieve better cost, lead time and quality
  • To build own trend awareness through inspiration shopping and other mediums; constantly look for new sources of trend inspiration
  • To work with you Design partner and utilise internal resources to increase trend knowledge

GARMENT TECHNOLOGIST

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, confident and motivated Garment Technologist to join the Jersey & Denim departments within our Production team. You will work closely with Buyers and Designers of various departments to seal garments from the initial design sample.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Leads fit sessions with Buying and Design teams
  • Prepares specifications and completes fully graded size charts for bulk manufacture
  • Ensures Warehouse manufacturing quality standards are adhered to
  • Ensures all branding is to Warehouse standards and from nominated suppliers
  • Understands fabric performance and testing results, ensuring the most appropriate care instructions
  • Assesses quality performance from product returns, retail and customer feedback and ensures knowledge is applied to future product developments
  • Promotes quality both internally and to suppliers
  • Builds relationships with key suppliers in order to maintain and improve fit and quality
  • Prepares supplier feedback on a regular basis and have input on brand sourcing decisions
  • Benchmarks the relative value of Warehouse product against the competition
  • Ensures new manufacturing techniques and fabrics are fed back to Buying
  • Contributes appropriate fit and quality facts to department strategy reviews
  • Supports technologists in the production team across other product areas to ensure comments are sent to suppliers in a timely manner

  • Experience at a Garment Technologist level within Jersey and Denim product areas
