GARMENT TECHNOLOGIST (MAT COVER)

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, confident and motivated Garment Technologist to join the Tailoring, Occasion, Outerwear, and Suede & Leather department within our Production team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. You will work closely with the Buyers and Designers of various departments to seal garments from the initial design sample.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The People Advisor will work with the Senior People Advisor to deliver a comprehensive HR service to Warehouse Retail stores. They will also support the development of the People Assistant in terms of retail employee relations.

  • Previous experience advising and coaching Management on employee relations including LTS, performance management, policies and procedures, consultation in either a retail or hospitality environment
  • Has very good knowledge of UK employment legislation; knowledge of Irish employment legislation is beneficial but not essential
  • Able to deliver quality results in a very fast pace environment.

ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER

We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Manager to join Warehouse on a permanent basis at our Head Office in Old Street. This role leads the full account management of our Wholesale partners including ASOS, Next, Zalando, and Amazon, and reports to our Head of Merchandising. The role has line management responsibility of our Wholesale Account Co-ordinator.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Maintaining and growing current business in line with the strategy, exploring new opportunities within current business (i.e. new categories)
  • Understanding of total business strategy, performance and direction and keeping all partners aware of this and working with the brand at the forefront
  • Setting department budgets and reviewing quarterly, taking in mind partner OTB and buying patterns
  • Maximising trading and upselling opportunities and income to the business
  • Utilising and understanding sales information from partners to add context or any analysis to internal weekly trade email
  • Leading weekly trade calls (or as per partner requirements) to relay and discuss the previous week’s trade, any opportunities or risks

ABOUT THE ROLE

The main responsibility of this role is to support with the general look and feel of the website as well as the design and art working of emails, website assets, app content, social media, digital banners and EB digital graphics. There may also be ad hoc design of print collateral during peak periods.

The main responsibility of this role is to deliver all assets across the Warehouse digital estate. This role will take the lead on all digital design including the creation of pixel perfect designs across multiple devices for responsive web pages, app, and email. The Senior UI Designer will manage the workload of the Digital designer as well as mentor and manage them to seek out new ways of working.

  • Manages the intake process on a day-to-day basis, liaising with suppliers, DC contacts, Imports and Buying
  • Ensures the system order is correct and at the right status before the delivery is given permission to ship/air/road

Shoot Lead

The Shoot Lead works closely with the in-brand creative team to ensure the successful execution of the final image edit and image file preparation for Warehouse in line with brand aesthetic and guidelines. Working with the studio team of photographers and stylists, the role ensures that not only are images of the best possible standard are produced for both editorial and ecommerce shoots but that best practise processes are adhered to at all times. Art direction is key, a good eye essential and the desire to keep improving the photographic output of the studio a must. This role reports to the Photographic Production Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work under the guidance of the in-brand creative team and Studio Manager and with the studio team to maintain image selection standards. This includes image processing, editing and choosing the final lead images for each product on the website
  • Establish strong relationships with the studio team to ensure the best output on the day is obtained
  • Lead the on-set shoot team to ensure all shoots are delivered efficiently and to the highest of quality. QC all on-model imagery on set. Delivering a wide edit for all editorial/ Content / Next.com shoots
  • Achieve shoot target every day – manage the team ensuring everything possible is done to achieve this
  • Ensure housekeeping is second nature – shots are correctly filed in Capture One and processed on to the system in the correct manner
  • Work closely with the Senior Stylist and Photographer finding ways in which to keep shoots fresh and aspirational, working with the brand to maintain their vision, presenting ideas and providing creative direction on monthly content and Next.com shoots

    HAIR STYLIST

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • We are looking for a Hair Stylist to join our team; the ideal candidate will be passionate about hair styling and Fashion, consistently aware of current trends and would be able to relate and adapt these to the Oasis/ Warehouse brand
    • The Hair Stylist will be responsible for all hair styling across the Oasis and Warehouse websites, Ecommerce and creative, occasionally working on Look Books and Campaigns
    • This role will report to the Studio Production Manager
    • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Full understanding of the Oasis/Warehouse brand and customer
      • Producing a high standard of hairstyling that is brand appropriate, referencing the seasons catwalk trends and street style that would be relevant to the brands
      • On ecommerce days, producing hairstyles for 2 models in the 1 hour allocated time slot
      • Understand and translate any creative changes quickly and with minimal disruption to the shoot
      • Responsible for all hair styling tools and products- keeping an updated inventory, ensuring kit is kept clean and organised. Communicating any items needed to Studio Manager
      • Keeping an updated document with all approved hair styles for each model
      • Suggesting and testing new hair styles and trends. Presenting ideas for creative briefs
      • Maintaining a strong relationship with stylists, photographers and makeup artist; collectively deciding the most suitable looks depending on model and product
