ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Manages the intake process on a day-to-day basis, liaising with suppliers, DC contacts, Imports and Buying
  • Ensures the system order is correct and at the right status before the delivery is given permission to ship/air/road

  • Distributes sales reports to the team on a Monday morning in a timely manner, ready for the trade meeting
  • Maintains sales and intake on line cards, and feeds back to the AM/Merchandiser on variances to plan
  • Has an awareness of how to forecast sales
  • Compiles history for use in departmental planning process
  • Completes ongoing analysis for the department in order to maximize future sales and sell through e.g. size analysis, rate of sale, etc

DIGITAL PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Site Content
    • Own the management and scheduling of weekly content updates (across 13 sites and 1 app).
    • Delivery day-to-day content strategy and multichannel storytelling - overseeing where content lives throughout the customer journey.
    • Work closely with Digital Trading, Design, Development and Content teams to ensure all digital updates are cohesive, timely and have passed UAT.
    • Own communication of content updates to wider team both for sign off and for go live notifications.
    • Responsible for sourcing of international translations and submission of international content briefs to design teams.

    • Own store locator function working closely with retail to ensure information is correct and useful to customers
  • User Acceptance Testing
    • Direct point of contact for several high profile/turnover stores. Liaising with contact stores weekly to identify opportunities to maximise sales & reduce any areas with markdown risk

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Trading Support
    • Maximise sales performance by identifying opportunities through analysis on bestsellers, new reactions and promotions performance

Shoot Lead

Full-time

The Shoot Lead works closely with the in-brand creative team to ensure the successful execution of the final image edit and image file preparation for Warehouse in line with brand aesthetic and guidelines. Working with the studio team of photographers and stylists, the role ensures that not only are images of the best possible standard are produced for both editorial and ecommerce shoots but that best practise processes are adhered to at all times. Art direction is key, a good eye essential and the desire to keep improving the photographic output of the studio a must. This role reports to the Photographic Production Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work under the guidance of the in-brand creative team and Studio Manager and with the studio team to maintain image selection standards. This includes image processing, editing and choosing the final lead images for each product on the website
  • Establish strong relationships with the studio team to ensure the best output on the day is obtained
  • Lead the on-set shoot team to ensure all shoots are delivered efficiently and to the highest of quality. QC all on-model imagery on set. Delivering a wide edit for all editorial/ Content / Next.com shoots
  • Achieve shoot target every day – manage the team ensuring everything possible is done to achieve this
  • Ensure housekeeping is second nature – shots are correctly filed in Capture One and processed on to the system in the correct manner
  • Work closely with the Senior Stylist and Photographer finding ways in which to keep shoots fresh and aspirational, working with the brand to maintain their vision, presenting ideas and providing creative direction on monthly content and Next.com shoots

    Senior Photographer (Mat Cover)

    The Senior Photographer leads and co-manages the in-house team of photographers and videographers as well as freelancers with the Oasis Senior Photographer and supports the Photographic Production Manager ensuring all business requirements are met. They are responsible for all photography across the Warehouse website, ecommerce and Editorial, model and still life. Ensuring top quality imagery is being produced and quality and consistency is maintained and followed by all other photographers. This role reports to the Photographic Production Manager.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • Delivers all in-house photography, content and third party marketplace shoots (i.e. Next Label) each season across Warehouse
    • Leading technical and lighting setups - having an in-depth knowledge of light quality to create a high end aesthetic that shows the products in both their truest form and best quality
    • Works closely with Shoot lead ensuring images produced are on brand and targets are being met
    • Covers all aspects of Photography from model shoots to still life product; including establishing a clean and well exposed image that captures the product and the Brands’ personality to the highest degree. The importance of continuity is essential and images must clearly represent what the consumer believes they have purchased while channelling an online platform
    • Preparing before a shoot ensuring all is organised and communicating if any equipment is needed ahead of time, being aware of what is needed for the day – i.e. crops needed, lighting reference, image sizes etc
    • Understanding the different style and identity for each brand as we expect a level of flexibility with this role, being able to cover Oasis shoots when required
    • Provides edits for all editorial shoots and delivers these in an organized and timely manner
    • Technical responsibility and knowledge on the latest PS and photographic capturing software (Capture One). An in-depth knowledge to navigate through the software, creating profiles for model shoots and colour correcting for product shoots
    • Efficiently manages the running of the photography team, keeping an updated inventory of all studio equipment and replenishing stock (colorama, tape etc.) Ensuring studio and equipment are kept clean and organised and all Oasis and Warehouse studio equipment is clearly labelled. Coordinating and keeping track of all repairs and equipment orders
    • Keeping an updated photography document with all information needed for freelancers and in house team- covering all process and technical parts of the role
    • Motivate, train and assist photography team; sharing advice, directing and nourishing ideas with the team so they improve as individuals and inspire the brand as well as themselves through their work and achievements. Also responsible for the training and management of any freelancers, ensuring they are fully trained and checking their work. Providing feedback on new freelancers

    • The Makeup Artist will be responsible for all Makeup looks across the Oasis and Warehouse websites, Ecommerce and creative, occasionally working on Look Books and Campaigns
    • This role will report to the Studio Production Manager

      • Producing a high standard of Makeup that is brand appropriate, referencing the seasons catwalk trends and street style that would be relevant to the brands

      • Understand and translate any creative changes quickly and with minimal disruption to the shoot
