JOB TITLE: Digital Trading Manager

REPORTING TO: Trading Director

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Warehouse Digital team, as a Digital Trading Manager, to drive the on-going multichannel growth plans.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Merchandising and Trading

  • Planning and reforecasting weekly sales based on e-commerce KPI’s across all own e-commerce and Host website markets
  • Analysing sales, returns, promotional reactions, delivery metrics at department and category level and reacting as necessary
  • Working closely with Finance and Product Merchandising teams
  • Planning and managing e-com stock levels to maintain size availability and minimise terminal stock
  • Reporting on daily and weekly sales performance throughout the company, including Executive level at Trade
  • Trading stock levels to release or increase stock relative to how products are selling across channels

Digital Trading

  • Planning, reforecasting and trading the site based on Digital metrics including visits and conversion, abandonment rates, searches, online reviews, customer navigation etc
  • Working closely with Content team on Emails and Homepage using digital metrics to plan accordingly
  • Managing the merchandising of the site through our online platform Demandware, working closely with the backend systems of the website
  • Oversee the website enabling and sample process, ensuring products are on the site in a timely fashion and that product merchandising is optimised across all categories
  • Summarising lost sales / areas of opportunity and acting accordingly
  • Work closely with the studio on ecomm shoots recommending styling and managing the no of products shot weekly
  • Manage Digital Trading team
  • Work with Head of Digital on web P&L to ensure costs are being controlled in all areas

Operational

  • Analysing all web dispatch metrics, reacting and planning as necessary to trade in the most profitable way.
  • Working closely with Finance and Executives at all stages
  • Working closely with the DC on all delivery metrics - analysing all aspects of delivery to improve customer satisfaction and monitor DC SLA’s
  • Plan full year and Quarterly web metrics with the DC at orders and unit level by Country
  • Analyse Ship from Store Metrics working closely with Retail Operations to trade in the most profitable way whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with Retail Assist looking closely at onsite technical processes and solving issues where necessary

  • Head office experience to Merchandiser level ideally in a Digital team
  • Advanced excel
  • Proven experience of budgeting and reforecasting, either stores or preferably e-com.

Digital Lead Web Developer

Full-time

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and talented Lead Web Developer to become part of our Digital team. You will work alongside the web designers and production team to develop projects across multiple platforms to the highest standard.

As a Lead Web Developer you will be responsible for the day-to-day workload of the development team, as well as managing a junior developer, who will report directly into you. You’ll be an innovative thinker, taking wireframes and designs to the next level by fully integrating them into the website, as well as enhancing the overall site UX. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced role to tight deadlines, with confident development and management skills. But also enjoys working in a social and creative environment.

  • Excellent front-end web development skills
  • roficient in HTML5, and XML with the ability to use semantic mark-up patterns for flexible reuse.
  • Javascript. Excellent JavaScript programming skills.

  • Experienced in version control systems such as Subversion, Git and IDEs such as Eclipse.
  • Knowledge of PHP and has the ability to write quality Object Oriented code

Garment Technologist (Maternity Cover)

Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, confident and motivated Garment Technologist to join the Wovens department within our Production team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. You will work closely with the Buyers and Designers of various departments to seal garments from the initial design sample.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Leads fit sessions with Buying and Design teams
  • Fitting within a multi-product team covering all departments when necessary
  • Understands size and shape of models and how differences may affect fit
  • Ensures Warehouse manufacturing quality standards are adhered to
  • Assess quality performance from product returns, retail and customer feedback and ensure knowledge is applied to future product developments
  • Recommends to buying and product marketing features that should be highlighted to customers, ensuring branding is to Warehouse standards
  • Promotes quality both internally and to suppliers
  • Builds relationships with key suppliers in order to maintain and improve fit and quality
  • Good knowledge of supplier ethical standards
  • Visits factories to assess production methods and quality systems to ensure well matched to business needs
  • Prepares supplier feedback on a regular basis and have input on brand sourcing decisions
  • Understands manufacturing and production flow and influence teams decisions that may impact on quality, fit and delivery

Regional Audit Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Audit Manager to join Oasis & Warehouse to assist the Senior Audit Manager in monitoring and maintaining all company data affecting stock systems, store administration and margins. To accurately calculate and report stockloss and compliance standards to laid down procedures for the brand(s) under your jurisdiction.

  • Ensuring all stocktakes are investigated for administration errors promptly (normally within two weeks)
  • Providing support to the Store Managers during stocktake investigation
  • Being aware of and managing the daily workload of the audit team including Stocktake Investigations, Incident Reports, E-mail, Security Reports, Concessions Weekly Takings Schedule files and any other information required to successfully complete stocktake investigations
  • Ensuring all attendance details for self and team are maintained on the Security and Audit (SAM) report, or equivalent, where applicable; organising around holidays, sickness, etc.
  • Ensuring the relevant Stocktake and Compliance files are updated on the system and relevant detail forwarded as quickly as possible to Stores, Area Managers and Security
  • Ensuring that Compliance Audit visits are performed in stores
  • Supporting the Senior Audit Manager and deputising for them in their absence
  • Carrying out any other Audit related duties as required by the needs of the business. This may include, for example, conducting investigations into Systems and Distribution Centre procedures
  • Suggesting where improvements may be made to procedures in a) the department b) the stores or c) IT systems
  • Liaising with the IT systems department and Security regarding any data mining issues or till problems

ABOUT YOU

  • IT skills with good experience of Microsoft packages: Excel (to an advanced level), Word and Outlook and any other mainframe stock and cash systems utilised by the company
  • Excellent level of numeracy
  • Needs to be a good manager of people at all levels and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills
  • Approachable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Needs to be in full control of all aspects of the job role in a proactive way. This includes constantly re-assessing priorities and reacting quickly to changing priorities and newly identified issues
  • Maintain excellent relations and approachable manner in communications with Audit Management, and all levels of Retail Management, Security Team and other Head Office departments
  • Keen awareness of issues within the nominated Stores and actions recommended or undertaken to resolve the issues
