  Orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday please expect delivery on the following Tuesday.

  Saturday Delivery £5.95

  Order before 1pm on Friday to receive your order on Saturday. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the following Saturday.

  International Delivery €6.95

  Warehouse delivers to the following countries: Netherlands , Germany, France and Italy.

  You can expect to receive your goods within 7 working days of order placement. Please accept our apologies, but we are unable to accept returns from Europe to our stores.

  We deliver to all UK and Selected European countries.

• Returning an item is free in the UK

  With every order we will include a free returns label so you can return goods free of charge within 28 days or simply take into your nearest Warehouse stand alone store. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery.

  Your rights under the returns policy are addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. For further information on this please see our Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  You can return your ordered item(s) to one of our Warehouse stores (please note your online returns cannot be made in department stores or concessions).

  What will you need to take?

  The despatch note enclosed in your parcel as this forms your receipt.

  The credit / debit card that was used to purchase the order online (cardholder must be present).

  Locate your nearest Warehouse store using the Store Locator

  To return by post

  Complete the postal returns note and enclose with your goods.

  •   Place the returns address sticker on the parcel. The returns address is: Warehouse, PO BOX 455, Witney, X28 9GD.

  •   Take the parcel and the despatch note to the Post Office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund.
