Am I charged an annual fee?
No
When can I start using my card?
You can start using your card straight away if your application is accepted in-store. If you apply online your card will be sent to you in the post. This will be sent to you once your signed agreement has been received by IKANO. You will be able to use your card as soon as you have received it.

What is my credit limit?
Your credit limit can be found at the top of your monthly statements
How often do I receive my statement?
You will receive a monthly statement but only if you are spending on your card
How do I pay my card?
You can make a payment to your Warehouse Card in a number of ways:
i. By Direct Debit. If you would like to pay by Direct Debit,
call Warehouse Card Customer Services 0870 421 5671 to set up a
Direct Debit over the phone. You can chose to pay the minimum or
the full outstanding balance each month.
ii. By post. Please use the Bank Giro Credit slip attached to your
Warehouse Card statement and post it to us using the envelope
enclosed with your statement.
iii. At your bank. Payments can be made at any UK bank using a
cheque, cash or Postal Order. Please make your cheque payable to
The Warehouse Card and hand over your completed Bank Giro Credit
slip. Some banks may charge for this service.
iv. By Standing Order, Internet Banking and Telephone Banking. Details
of how to pay by these methods can be found on the reverse of your
monthly statement
What are the payment terms of my card?
You have an interest free period of up to 55 days on purchases if your balance is paid off each month by the ‘payment to reach us by’ date. We will charge interest from the date of the purchase until the date that the outstanding balance is repaid in full. We will use your payment to pay off any interest, charges and fees and then put it towards the amount you have spent using your card. Every month you must pay the minimum amount set out on your statement. This will be either 4% of the outstanding account balance or £4, whichever is greater. You will be charged £2.50 for a duplicate copy of your statement. There is a default charge of £12 for late payments, cheques returned ‘refer to drawer’, unpaid direct debits and for exceeding your credit limit.
Can I view my account online?
Currently, Warehouse Card customers can only view their account from their monthly statements.
Are items I buy with my card insured?
When you receive your card in the post, you will be offered the opportunity to take out insurance on your card. This is optional

If you have a query or complaint, you can contact IKANO customer services on 0870 421 5761
If your card is lost, stolen or misused
You must contact us immediately on 0870 421 5761 and confirm this telephone conversation with us by writing to the following address: Customer Services, The Warehouse Card, PO Box 8176, Nottingham NG7 5YP
Until you do this, you may be liable for up to £50 of any loss to us. However, as soon as you have contacted us, you will not be liable for any losses we incur
Lost or stolen cards can be further protected by joining the Card protection Scheme. You can join this at any time, simply contact IKANO customer services on 0870 421 5761 for further information
What is the Payment Protection Plan?
You can further protect your card payments by joining the Payment Protection Plan. For a monthly premium (this amount depends on how much you have spent on your card), the plan will repay the minimum amount that you owe on your card if you fall ill and cannot work, you die or you lose your job. You can join the scheme at any time, simply contact IKANO Customer Services on 0870 421 5761 for further information

IKANO Financial Services operate the card on behalf of Warehouse Fashion Ltd
What if I change my address?
You must write and tell us immediately if you move home. If you do not, you will have to refund any reasonable costs we pay to find your new address. Otherwise we may add these costs to your account
Can more than one person use the card?
No – only the registered cardholder is allowed to use the card they have applied for. However, you can apply for extra cards which can be used by friends and family and are all linked to the same account. The main cardholder will be responsible for these cards and their payments
How do I go about cancelling my card?
You can close your account at any time by writing to us and paying off what you owe. You must also return all of the cards, which you and other people hold for your account. If you do not do this, we may ask you to refund all reasonable costs we pay to get back the money you owe and to have your cards returned
Will I receive a welcome voucher?
If you open and spend on your Warehouse Card instore, you’ll receive double points on your first purchase and a 20% off voucher with your first statement. If you open a Warehouse Card online, once you have made a purchase using your Warehouse Card we’ll send you a 20% off voucher with your first statement.
How do I know how many points I have received?
A points update will appear on your monthly statement
How do I know if I have a Treat voucher?
Treat Vouchers are issued quarterly, in February, May, August, and November. If you have earned enough points to qualify for a voucher in the period prior to an issuance month, then this will be communicated on your statement. Your points total will only be calculated up to the end of the month prior to issuance. To qualify for a Treat voucher you will need to have earned a minimum of 100 points, this will entitle you to a £5 Treat voucher
Can I use the Welcome Voucher and Treat Voucher together?
No, they must be used in separate transactions
How long are my Treat Vouchers valid for?
2 months from their date of issue
When will I receive my Treat Voucher?
Treat Vouchers are issued quarterly in February, May, August and November
What can I spend my Treat Voucher on?
You can spend your vouchers on all items (with the exception of gift vouchers) sold within stores participating in the Warehouse Card Scheme
Can I use my Treat Voucher online?
No
How do I use my Treat Voucher?
You must present your Warehouse Card at the point of sale to redeem your voucher. If the value of the purchase is greater than your voucher value, then the difference must be paid on your Warehouse Card
Do I have to spend my Treat Voucher in one go?
Yes, it is only valid against one transaction
What if I lose my Treat Voucher?
No replacement vouchers shall be offered in respect of lost or stolen Treat Vouchers
Can I use my Treat Voucher in conjunction with any other offers?
Yes, although exclusions will apply and you will have to refer to the terms and conditions of each individual offer
