Returns

You can return any items you are not completely happy with within 30 days of receipt, the refund will be made to your payment card. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery.

Returned items purchased on the Warehouse can only be returned by post to the following address; Warehouse Returns, PO BOX 455, Witney, X28 9GD. Unfortunately, you cannot return items purchased from Warehouse.co.uk to a Warehouse store.

Your rights under the returns policy are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. For further information on this please see our Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

To return an item by Post

• •   Complete the postal returns note and enclose with your goods.
• •   Place the returns address sticker on the parcel. The returns address is: Warehouse Returns, PO BOX 455, Witney, X28 9GD
• •   Take the parcel and the despatch note to the Post Office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund. Payment should be refunded within 10 days on receipt of the return.
