Simply select an item from anywhere on this site, choose your preferred colour and size – then add to your shopping bag. At any time you can check to see what is in your bag. When you have finished shopping follow the checkout procedure.

Colours and sizes

Please bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories on-line is a different shopping experience to buying in-store.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. For further information on size and measurements please see our Size Guide.

On-line and In-Store promotions and offers

The goods, prices and promotions which are offered on our website may not be the same as are available in-store and vice versa.

Accepted payment methods

You can pay by Warehouse account card (IKANO), Mastercard, Visa, Domestic Maestro/solo, Electron, Maestro, JCB, Delta and American Express.

Calculating the total cost

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. The prices are correct at the time we enter them into the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

When ordering for deliveries to the UK you will be charged in pounds sterling (£) and when ordering for deliveries to Eire you will be charged in euros (€).

The standard delivery charge is £3.95 for the UK and €5.95 for Eire, however other delivery options are available, please see our Delivery Information. There is only one delivery charge per order no matter how many items you have in that order.

Paying by credit and debit card

You will be asked for your credit or debit card security number when you place your order. This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then we will not be able to accept your order.

We must receive full payment of the price of the Goods before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your Goods for despatch.
