Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange earrings due to hygiene purposes

• We ask you to ensure that when you try on any of our swimwear that you do so over the top of your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if this procedure has not been followed
• All returned items must be in their original condition unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact

BY POST

• Fill out the returns note and put it back in your parcel
• Make sure that you keep hold of the despatch note until you receive your refund
• Stick the returns address sticker on the outside of your package and take it to the Post Office along with your despatch note. The clerk will stamp your despatch note, and this is your proof of posting. When we have received your return, you will be refunded within 10 days

COLLECT PLUS

Collect+ is a new way to return your items which allows you to drop your parcel off at one of 3,800 local stores (including post offices and supermarkets) that are open 7 days a week

• You can find your nearest participating store or text 'collect' and your postcode to 84555 or at www.collectplus.co.uk/warehouse
• You will need to write your order number in the space provided on the returns label that we send in your parcel
• S- Stick the returns label on the outside of your parcel as usual, and take it to your local store
• The store will give you a proof of postage which will contain a tracking code so that you can check your parcel's journey on its way back to us

RETURN TO STORE

You can return the items you have bought at Warehouse.co.uk to any of our stand alone stores. (This excludes concessions in department stores.) Click here to find your nearest Warehouse

To return to store, simply:

• Take along the despatch note that we enclose in your parcel (this acts as your receipt)
• Bring with you the payment method you used at the online checkout to purchase your items. Please note! If the card is not registered to you, the card holder must also be present to process the return

90 MINUTE ORDER RETURNS

If you used our 90 Minute Delivery service you can only return these items back to a UK stand alone store. Just take the despatch note along with you as proof of purchase and the method of payment used at the online checkout. Remember, our Christmas returns policy applies to 90 Minute orders and you have up until 15th January 2012 to return full price and sale items

IRELAND delivery - €5.99

Get your gorge new Warehouse goods within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). When you have placed your order, we'll send you an email including an order tracking number so you can check your parcel's whereabouts. Your order will be delivered between 8am-3pm and you will need to sign for delivery, but if you're busy don't panic- you will always be left a calling card so that you can rearrange the delivery to suit you

EUROPE delivery - €9.99

We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
