With this exclusive service you can choose the day you want your goods delivered up to 6 days in advance (excluding Sundays). Delivery is charged at £4.99 Monday to Friday and £5.99 for Saturday delivery

Need a new outfit for tomorrow? Place your order before 4pm (Monday-Friday) and your items will be delivered to you before 3pm the next day. When orders are placed after 4pm on Friday through to Sunday Midday, they will be delivered on Monday. If you order after 1pm on a bank holiday Monday, your order will arrive the following Wednesday

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order tracking number so you can follow its journey. Our carriers will send you a text message and an email the day before the delivery is due to let you know which hour (between 8am and 3pm) you can expect your delivery to arrive. If the delivery time doesn't suit you, simply respond to the text message to rearrange your time slot. You'll need to be in to sign for your parcel, but if we miss you, we'll leave a calling card with step-by-step instructions so you can easily rearrange your delivery

There are 1 day delays in the following postcodes: AB41 (1,6,7), AB42, AB43, AB53 (4,5,6). Unfortunately, the nominated day delivery service is not available to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, and ZE1-3.P.S

If you're shopping at the weekend, simply order before 11am and we'll get your parcel delivered between 4pm-7pm the same day so you can wear it out that night. Want to send a gift to someone outside the UK, well here's how:

• Read these simple steps first
• You need to have placed an order with us before that was delivered to your billing card address
• Select from the available countries we deliver to from the list below, this will change the currency
• Choose the product(s), add them to your basket and go to your shopping bag, this will give you the total includng the delivery cost
• Checkout as you would normally, entering the delivery address for where you want it to be sent
• On the payment option, ensure you have selected or added your billing address
• Order will then be processed and sent on it's way.

• Returning your item(s) your nearest standalone store is the fastest way to get your full refund
• You have 30 days to return full price and 14 days for sale goods to us
• You can return any items to us free of charge
• All returned items must be in their original condition unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact and the returns slip completed and enclosed
• Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange jewellery due to hygiene purposes
• We ask you to ensure that when you try on any of our swimwear that you do so over the top of your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if this procedure has not been followed
• We are unable to accept returns to our stores on all orders made outside the UK. These returns can only be made by post

• Fill out the returns note and put it back in your parcel
• Make sure that you keep hold of the despatch note until you receive your refund
• Stick the returns address sticker on the outside of your package and take it to the Post Office along with your despatch note. The clerk will stamp your despatch note, and this is your proof of posting. When we have received your return, you will be refunded within 14 days

COLLECT+

Collect+ is a new way to return your items which allows you to drop your parcel off at one of 3,800 local stores (including post offices and supermarkets) that are open 7 days a week

• You can find your nearest participating store or text 'collect' and your postcode to 84555 or at www.collectplus.co.uk/warehouse
• You will need to write your order number in the space provided on the returns label that we send in your parcel
• Stick the returns label on the outside of your parcel as usual, and take it to your local store
• The store will give you a proof of postage which will contain a tracking code so that you can check your parcel's journey on its way back to us

RETURN TO STORE

This is the fastest way to get your full refund. You can return the items you have bought at Warehouse.co.uk to any of our stand alone stores. (This excludes concessions in department stores.) Click here to find your nearest Warehouse

• Take along the despatch note that we enclose in your parcel (this acts as your receipt)
• Bring with you the payment method you used at the online checkout to purchase your items. Please note! If the card is not registered to you, the card holder must also be present to process the return

If you used our 90 Minute Delivery service you can only return these items back to a UK stand alone store. Just take the despatch note along with you as proof of purchase and the method of payment used at the online checkout. Standard returns policy applies to 90 Minute orders and you have 14 days to return full price and sale items

You can get your brand new Warehouse goods within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). We'll send you order tracking once your order leaves us so you can track its journey and you will need to sign for delivery. If you're busy don't panic - you will always be left a calling card so that you can rearrange the delivery to suit you.

NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY - €10.00

Nominated Day delivery services are now available to the Republic of Ireland. All orders need to be placed by 3pm the day before, except when ordering on Saturday or a bank holiday Monday when you will receive your order the day after the following working day. Available Monday to Saturday.

Outside of Europe delivery - $25.00

We currently deliver to the following countries: Brazil, Japan & China. Deliveries outside of Europe will take up to 3-6 business days to reach you (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)
