With this exclusive service you can choose the day you want your goods delivered up to 6 days in advance (excluding Sundays). Delivery is charged at £4.99 Monday to Friday and £4.99 for Saturday delivery

Need a new outfit for tomorrow? Place your order before 8pm (Monday-Friday) and your items will be delivered to you before 3pm the next day. When orders are placed after 8pm on Friday through to Sunday at 1pm, they will be delivered on Monday. If you order after 1pm on a bank holiday Monday, your order will arrive the following Wednesday

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order tracking number so you can follow its journey. Our carriers will send you a text message and an email the day before the delivery is due to let you know which hour (between 8am and 3pm) you can expect your delivery to arrive. If the delivery time doesn't suit you, simply respond to the text message to rearrange your time slot. You'll need to be in to sign for your parcel, but if we miss you, we'll leave a calling card with step-by-step instructions so you can easily rearrange your delivery

  • You have 1 month to return full price and 14 days for sale goods to us
  • You can return any items to us free of charge
  • All returned items must be in their original condition unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact and the returns slip completed and enclosed
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange jewellery due to hygiene purposes
  • We ask you to ensure that when you try on any of our swimwear that you do so over the top of your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if this procedure has not been followed
  • We are unable to accept returns to our stores on all orders made outside the UK. These returns can only be made by post

  • Fill out the returns note and put it back in your parcel
  • Make sure that you keep hold of the despatch note until you receive your refund
  • Stick the returns address sticker on the outside of your package and take it to the Post Office along with your despatch note. The clerk will stamp your despatch note, and this is your proof of posting. When we have received your return, you will be refunded within 14 days

Collect+ is a new way to return your items which allows you to drop your parcel off at one of 3,800 local stores (including post offices and supermarkets) that are open 7 days a week


  • You can find your nearest participating store or text 'collect' and your postcode to 84555 or at www.collectplus.co.uk/warehouse
  • You will need to write your order number in the space provided on the returns label that we send in your parcel
  • Stick the returns label on the outside of your parcel as usual, and take it to your local store
  • The store will give you a proof of postage which will contain a tracking code so that you can check your parcel's journey on its way back to us

We'll send you order tracking once your order leaves us so you can track its journey and you will need to sign for delivery. If you're busy don't panic - you will always be left a calling card so that you can rearrange the delivery to suit you.

Nominated Day delivery services are now available to the Republic of Ireland. All orders need to be placed by 3pm the day before, except when ordering on Saturday or a bank holiday Monday when you will receive your order the day after the following working day. Available Monday to Saturday.

  • Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns form
  • Complete the returns form and enclose it with your Goods
  • Ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel
  • The returns address is Warehouse Fashions Limited, The Triangle, Stanton Harcourt Industrial Estate, Stanton Harcourt, Witney, Oxford, OX29 5UT
  • Send the parcel (with enclosed returns forms) to us using the nominated carrier specified on the delivery note enclosed with the Goods. Ensure that you obtain a stamp (or other proof of posting) on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund

Please note that we will only accept returns dispatched through our nominated carriers.

Please remember to complete the returns form with your returned product(s).

The delivery cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. All customs and import duties will be your responsibility. When booking your return you should select 'duty payable by sender'.

If you return a faulty item to us, you will be liable for the import duty (but we will refund this once we have received the product and established that the product is faulty) on the condition that you send proof of this to us viathe 'Contact Us' page of the website. Please note that the refund will be made by BACS only.

Refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned item.
